Cracked Out Cowboy Tater Tot Casserole

  • Ingredients
  • 1 – 10.75 oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 oz. package dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 3 oz. bag bacon pieces (or 3/4 cup chopped bacon)
  • 2 lb. bag frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  1. Instructions
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  3. In a large bowl, stir together soup and sour cream until smooth. Add dressing mix and milk. Mix well. Stir in bacon and chicken.
  4. Spray a 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Line with frozen tater tots. Spread cream mixture over the tater tots and top with cheddar cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until bubbly around the edges. ENJOY!
